Common problems
Radiators cold at the top usually just need bleeding. Cold at the bottom often means sludge, which a system clean sorts out. Pressure that keeps dropping means water is getting out somewhere, whether through a small leak, the pressure relief valve or the expansion vessel, and it's worth finding before it causes damage.
Where we work
We work from two bases: Abbey Wood, for south-east London and the edge of north-west Kent, and Sheerness, for the Isle of Sheppey and Sittingbourne. Whichever of us is nearer takes your job.
Questions
Can you add a radiator to a new extension?
Yes. We'll check that your boiler can cope with the extra load and run the new radiator off the existing system where it can.
Is a smart thermostat worth it?
It can save gas if it means the heating is only on when you need it. We'll fit one that works with your boiler.
