Stopping it happening again
Most kitchen blockages are fat and food waste, and most bathroom ones are hair and wipes. If a drain blocks again and again, there may be a problem with the pipe itself, such as a poor fall or a damaged section, and we'll explain what we find.
Where we work
We work from two bases: Abbey Wood, for south-east London and the edge of north-west Kent, and Sheerness, for the Isle of Sheppey and Sittingbourne. Whichever of us is nearer takes your job.
Questions
Is a blocked drain my responsibility?
Usually you're responsible for drains inside your property boundary that only serve your home. Shared drains and sewers beyond the boundary are normally the water company's. If we find it's theirs, we'll tell you.
