Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the service you need and the details you choose to give us, such as your postcode. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not take payments through this website.

We count page visits in a way that does not identify you (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies). The security check on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile) helps us block spam and processes limited technical data to do so.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and do any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It is stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare, and is only seen by the two of us. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep your details for as long as needed for guarantees, gas safety records, accounts and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
