Plumber in Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey

Phil is based in Sheerness and has been working on the island's homes for over 40 years: boilers, heating, bathrooms and repairs.

Your local plumber on Sheppey

Phil lives on the island, so from Blue Town to Leysdown we're close by. The A249 and the Sheppey Crossing link the island to the mainland, and we cover Iwade and Sittingbourne too.

Homes round here

Much of Mile Town and Marine Town is Victorian terraced housing, and both are conservation areas, as is Blue Town by the old dockyard. In a conservation area, a new boiler flue on the front of a house may need the council's agreement first. 43 to 72 Marine Parade also has an Article 4 direction controlling changes to the front of the houses. We'll plan the flue route with that in mind, and tell you if you need to check with Swale Borough Council.

Being on the coast, some homes are more exposed to wind and frost. Condensate pipes that run outside can freeze in a cold snap and stop a boiler working, so we lag and route them to avoid it.
